Our president, Mr. Philippe Karmin signed a cooperation contract with Mr. Tony Yuan, president of JINBO.
This signing took place within the framework of the Franco-Chinese economic forum which was held last week at the Ministry of Finance in Paris Bercy, in the presence of Nicole Bricq, Minister of Foreign Trade and her Chinese counterpart.
This economic forum was part of the ceremonies organized during the state visit to France by the President of the People's Republic of China, Mr. XI Jiping.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the official recognition by France in 1964 of the People's Republic of China - Paris was the first Western country to mark this recognition - 50 French companies had been selected by their Chinese partners.
ROCAMAT was part of it among large CAC 40 companies.
JINBO, headquartered in Shanghai, has several factories in the country and ranks in the group of the 10 largest stone, granite and marble production and processing enterprises in China. JINBO therefore wished to mark with this symbolic agreement the possibility of establishing lasting commercial links with our company and translating the image and presence of ROCAMAT in China as a leader in French stone.
