52 Seven Building
Paris, France
The Parisian building at 52 Seven is dressed in massive ashlar
The stone facade brings unity and softness to this new residential building in a district with a heterogeneous architecture that mixes the old and the modern. The architect Raphaël Gabrion, who imagined this project, called on the stone of Saint-Maximin extracted from our quarries in the Oise to create this massive load-bearing stone facade.
The building meets the requirements of the BEPOS label (Bâtiment à Energie POSitive) and the Paris Climate Plan.
The program at 52 rue des Cévennes, for which the client is RIVP, is located in the 15th arrondissement. It resides in the construction and operation-maintenance after demolition of an old hangar.
This new positive energy building is made up of 9 apartments (6 T3 and 3 T1) spread over 6 floors, a commercial space on its ground floor (48m²) and an interior courtyard of 22m².
“Architecture is not an advertising slogan. "
“A building seeking to provide a background for the life that passes without being erased. "
