Hotel Residence **** Les Terrasses

Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France

The Terrasses de Saint-Germain are clad in natural stone

This district included the old freight station complex, the municipal technical center, the recycling center, disused warehouses, social housing and the market hall. The site is crossed by the empire of railways. Jacques Ferrier, the architect-urban planner is carrying out the development recognized for its urban qualities: an eco-district Lisière Pereire.

Located in the heart of this new district labeled Innovative and ecological district in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, this hotel residence is asserting itself as a landmark building.

The Anstrude stone, extracted from our quarry located in Bierry-les-Belles-Fontaines, in the Yonne, dresses all of the 88 accommodations, giving them lightness and elegance. The stone here stapled to the facade, sublimates the soft shapes designed by the architect Antoine Daudré-Vignier.

“The garden and its private terrace, accessible to customers of the hotel residence, are the central elements of the project. As a belvedere on the Place Christiane Frahier, this hanging garden constitutes a strong green space, whose presence is permanent from the public space as from the apartments of the residence.
Soon, these stone terraces will be embellished with a strong plant presence that will marry the atypical volumetry of the building to form “real green waterfalls” according to the architect. »
